A list of your most frequently used addresses will load into the search window. You can store as many addresses as you need. To find an address you've used before simply start typing the name or street address of the recipient. You can also add new addresses directly from this interface.

There is also an address book in your customer dashboard just for label addresses.
Address Formatting
Addresses MUST be properly formatted.
Put ONLY building number and street name in Address field.
Put "address qualifiers" (Apt #, Suite #, ATTN Joe Blow, etc) in the Address 2 field (not in Address).
Use 9-digit zip (zip + 4) if known. (If you don't include the +4 digits FedEx usually adds it).
Hold at Location
Even if you're planning on using FedEx HAL (Hold at Location) for pickup, you should still add the customer's address as the recipient address.
DO NOT enter the address of the FedEx station to hold the package as your customer will not be able to pick up their package.
HAL (Hold at FedEx Location)
Whenever possible we recommend shipping your animal directly to a FedEx location for customer pickup. Shipping HAL ensures your animal will be stored in a temperature controlled facility minimizing any weather related risks. To ship HAL select from the available FedEx Ship Centers within 50 miles of your Ship To Address (FedEx “Office Stores” are not shown - they will not hold live animals).
HAL Signature Options
When shipping HAL a direct signature is required by the customer (no charge applies - FedEx provides this service for free with HAL). You will also have the option to require an adult signature for a small fee.
FedEx Delivery Signatures
FedEx has reinstated their delivery signature services! They are now honoring ASR (Adult Signature Required), DSR (Direct Signature Required) and ISR (Indirect Signature Required).

No signature required
FedEx may release the package without anyone present. This option may not be available for all shipments or destinations. See the FedEx Service Guide for more details.
Adult Signature Required
FedEx will obtain a signature from someone at least 21 years old (government-issued photo identification required) at the delivery address. If there is no eligible recipient at the delivery address, FedEx will reattempt delivery. See the FedEx Service Guide for more details.
Direct Signature Required
Anyone at the recipient's address may sign for the delivery. If no one is at the address, FedEx will reattempt delivery. This option may not be available for all shipments. See the FedEx Service Guide for more details. ("Direct Signature" is automatically implemented at No Charge when using HAL (Hold at FedEx Location) service)
FedEx obtains a signature in one of three ways: 1) anyone at the delivery address, 2) a neighbor, building manager or other person at a neighboring address, 3) recipient can authorize release of the package without anyone present. Label Print Type
Choose the printer type from which you'll be printing your label. The most common type of printer is Laser or Inkjet. Only choose Thermal if you have a printer capable of handling thermal printing requests.
