Reptiles2You Shipping Supplies Info & Policies


Reptiles2You sources shipping supplies (boxes, bags, cups/lids, etc) from various manufacturers around the globe. Specific products we offer for sale, or manufacturers we procure from may change from time to time as new products and/or sources are discovered and vetted.

We guarantee all shipping supplies we sell to be high quality products that perform well for the purposes intended (temporarily housing reptiles for displaying or shipping).

Orders for shipping supplies are shipped from our Augusta, GA warehouse (Ghann's Cricket Farm) ASAP after receipt on Monday thru Thursday. Our GOAL (not a guarantee) is that all orders received before 2:00p ET will be shipped out the same day, orders received AFTER 2:00p ET will be scheduled to ship the next shipping day (meaning Mon - Thurs as our warehouse is closed on Fridays).

Please note that when volume is heavy shipping may be delayed another business day.

If you have an urgent need for an order to be shipped out on a Friday, email us and we will try to accommodate.


Please check all shipping supplies orders promptly upon receipt!

In the event you are dissatisfied with any shipping supplies product you purchased directly from Reptiles2You.com, or if there is a problem with your order (received incorrect quantity of an item, an item is damaged, etc) notify us within 30 days and we will do our absolute best to resolve the issue and make you a happy customer (typically with either a refund, replacement, or by sending you anything that was missing from your order - and we'll pay the freight!).

Problems reported more than 30 days from order date up to 90 days from order date will be reviewed for POSSIBLE remedy, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refunds on any issues reported that long after the original order date.  If we determine that product replacement IS appropriate between 30 - 90 days from order date, customer must pay the freight charges.

Issues reported more than 90 days after order date are not eligible for replacements or refund.
